The Challenge

What needed solving

Build a platform capable of ingesting, processing and analyzing population-scale data for a state of 35 million citizens — and use that data to monitor the macroeconomic impact of World Bank operations. The system needed to handle sensitive data with strict security, deliver insights at executive level, and remain operationally stable for long-running policy monitoring.

Our Approach

How Microclouds engineered it

Microclouds engineered the platform on our proprietary Finds Data analytics framework — a big-data architecture purpose-built for population-scale analytics. We integrated multiple data sources across Kerala’s administrative ecosystem, designed an executive-grade dashboard for World Bank stakeholders and built secure data pipelines compliant with sensitive-data handling requirements.

Outcome

What changed

The platform became a foundational instrument in monitoring the macroeconomic impact of World Bank operations across Kerala — operating at the scale of an entire state population while delivering analytics suitable for policy decision-making.
